      The workload is high and managing your calendar can be a struggle at times, however I find management and all team members very accommodating and supportive.

      Oct, 2022 was my second time to join Calix. I rejoin Calix was because: 1. Fast growing. Calix is on the way to the next level: 3-billion technology company. 2. Great people here. A lot of former friends, colleges are still working here. I enjoy working with the nice people. 3. The culture of Calix: Collaborate, Create, Communicate. 4. Benefits like flexible working hours, working from anywhere, etc. 5. Certified "Great Place To Work" in 2021,2022,2023.
