My experience at Calix has been nothing but amazing. Calix is refreshing and really does have a great company culture. Great leadership, benefits and really works hard to provide great benefits to their employees. I feel proud to work for Calix.

Cons

There is a lot of information to get up to speed on. Its a new company in growth mode but that means a lot of great opportunities.

Pros

The people at Calix are the most approachable colleagues I have ever worked with. The culture is real, and I enjoy having the ability to work from anywhere. I feel like I have autonomy and given the ability to make decisions. The company's purpose is well communicated, and they care about building communities. Hands down, the benefits are great, and they take care of their staff.

Cons

As a Canadian, it would have been great if they had an RRSP rollover process for tax purposes.
