      Nice to employee. Marketing and Sales is good. Good work/life balance.

      Cons

      Pay is not good. The access networks is an industry with low growth, so the prospect of the company is not good.So agressive and ambitous people left the company. Bureaucracy although Calix is still small company.

      Pros

      Great upper management. Unbeatable benefits. Sincere, straight shooting CEO that doesn’t dish out or take crap from anyone.

      Cons

      Satellite offices are step children. HQ @ Petaluma is bursting at the seams with employees. Some employees are even given cubicles in the kitchen area, there is no intention of expanding in Petaluma. Most of the talent retained from the Occam acquisition has left out of frustration of middle management or boredom.
