Work from home, great benefits, and great people.

Cons

Horrible annual compensation review process and pay increases. You need to negotiate your best pay when interviewing, because you’ll be lucky to get a decent raise after that. Good raises are for Directors and above.

Pros

Calix offers great benefits and a work from anywhere environment.

Cons

Overall, the culture has shifted some from what I perceived to be a growth mindset culture to something more reactive and toxic. As trust wanes, I'm witnessing more micromanaging, and the pressure is compounding too. I think we need to build more trust with one another, from the top down. Also, there are not enough women in leadership roles/ presenting on calls.
