The culture in Calix is outstanding and a huge reason I joined. People are truly collaborative and the company hires based on culture fit as much if not more than experience in a certain area. Lastly, benefits and perks truly support the great culture!

Cons

I don't truly consider this a con, however the company is moving at a breakneck speed and if you are not comfortable with change and being agile, this is not the place for you.
