      Pros

      I have an awesome team who have eachothers backs and are always ready to jump in and assist when needed. The vast majority of our customers are a pleasure to work with and it is a great feeling when you are able to resolve their issue. In my interactions so far Calix really does adhear to their motto "better, better, never best"

      Cons

      There are always downsides to any job. However, I have not found any specific to Calix that stand out enough for me to mention.

      Pros

      I've worked for 3 companies over the recent 10 years, and Calix has benefits and packages that are absolutely unmatched!

      Cons

      They are a bit behind in offering the best of the best technology resources to their employees. For example, there should be better laptops and ability to use personal devices with certain security settings that inhibits us to work off our iphones and ipads securely.

      Pros

      Everything that Calix promoted & promised has been exceeded. The culture is outstanding and the team mentality is exceptional. Joining Calix is one of the best career decisions I have ever made.

      Cons

      I haven't encountered any negatives to being a part of the Calix team. The first six months has been drinking from a fire hose, but very productive/educational and worth the hard work.
