      Pros

      I am sharing this while attending our annual sales kickoff and leadership summit. It has never been more apparent to me that we have the right teams and leaders in place to help our customers win in their markets. This is incredibly motivating.

      Cons

      Less of a con, more of a challenge. Can we all mobilize fast enough, as a team to meet our customers’ needs? 2025 is going to be a critical year for Calix.

      Pros

      I truly love the focus on our culture and the health and well-being of our employees. While we work hard, they know it's also important to have a healthy work-life balance and we're encouraged to prioritize our health, family and time away. Working remotely is also a great benefit and since they've been doing it since before the pandemic, they really know how to do it right. The people I work with are some of the most talented, committed people I know and our customers are also passionate about what they do which makes our work meaningful.

      Cons

      We don't get to meet each other in person very often and because we are innovating at such a fast pace, we're are always improving processes and products, meaning you have to adapt very very quickly sometimes.
