They have a solid installed based of mature products.

Cons

The latest revision of upper management has run the company into the ground. Now they are thinking they can outsource all product development and market their way out of their mess.

Pros

Good working environment for the most part. People are nice. Stable revenue flow.

Cons

Has a bad HR crew especially on the top. Overpaid, Underworked, untrustworthy. HR is full of untalented Sr employees get paid big chunk but they hire consultants to do their job. They take care of themselves and go under the radar. Most of them don't show up to work in locations besides the ones working in HQ. Once you are hired, it is hard to get salary increase even if you are promoted. HR's tap runs dry for others.

Pros

Flexible schedule, good benefits, supportive and understanding peers, relaxed culture, knowledgeable team members were very helpful and willing to assist other team members.

Cons

Terrible training, culture of blame shifting and finger pointing. Outright lying to customers and ongoing expectation that employees would continue to "tow the company line" by continuing the lies and broken commitments. No disciplinary or corrective action process.
