Pros

- Descent employee benefits (Food, Cab, WFH Furniture, Health Covers, Fitness Allowance) - Regular ERG events with prizes and fun outings. - Employee Wellbeing programmes - Flexibility in work - For starters you get opportunity to work as IC and lot of good technologies to learn.

Cons

- Bad WLB, too many late night meetings - Management is not easy to reach and not very helpful - No hikes and promotion even after being exceptional performer as company is in cost saving mode. - You will not find brilliant minds here.

It is flexible to work here, as I work from home. It is convenient to balance life and work. E.g. I could bring kids to basketball classes on afternoon and come back to finish work at night, if there is not meeting.

Cons

Some new comers may not know your work time.
