      Calix is focused on their people and invests accordingly. You get to work with many talented and collaborative people who are eager to help. The best part is that the company is very purpose-driven around helping our partners and their communities. It's an environment that makes each day rewarding.

      Cons

      No company is perfect and the biggest area of opportunity is that the company has grown so quickly over the past few years that there are ever-changing processes and systems.

      The culture is amazing here, people are very helpful, salary benefits are very good, there is good work which gives you satisfaction and it is very easy to interact with people throughout the hierarchy.

      I can't think of anything to dislike about Calix. I really enjoy working here.
