      Pros

      I’ve been part of Calix TAC team for over 7 years and never felt like jumping ships. There main things that made me stay were: 1. The people that I worked with everyday 2. The company’s culture 3. Room for growth in my role as well as opportunities to move to other teams. 4. Challenge nature of the job that comes with invaluable experience.

      Cons

      I’m not entirely sure about this but the compensation levels may be slightly less than the industry however other pros and benefits covers up for it

      My team is in different time zones, and it's very hard to schedule meetings and attend them during off hours.
