We value your transparency and input that during your time at Calix your work/life balance was not positive. With a strong percentage of our workforce being virtual and our workplace site team members working in newly renovated worksites, we have received a great deal of positive input regarding our work environments. That said, our transition to an all platform, software and services company took a great deal of effort from our team. Calix has invested a great deal to ensure our total reward benefits are extremely competitive and consistent across all positions of our company. In fact, we have not raised our medical benefit costs for employees in the last 5 years! Calix is in the forefront of significant opportunity with our current and future customers and partners. Our Company and leadership have been embarking on this transformation that was discussed in our most recent earnings call with investors. We have made it through our Company's transformation.
