Friendly coworkers, executives present in the company

Cons

Employees are not paid well. Even though there is presence from executives, they do not seem to worry much about the Company and how their employees feel. Focus on Compassion towards their clients, but not towards their employees.

Low pay Bad management Lots of drama They treat people like they are expendable while acting like they are a family Difficult to get medical leave or even maternity leave They will argue about pay and will try to get every last dollar out of you
