Some of the colleagues were very intelligent, caring, and helpful. They were there for others. Not all of them, though.

Cons

This company is headed in the wrong direction as the upper mamagement hires young and inexperienced people to handle large accounts. It creates a stressful ambiance and makes people leave early.

Aside from my supportive co-workers, nothing in this company motivates me to continue working.

Cons

Everything about my job as a registered nurse in this company is bad. The management does not provide adequate compensation to its employees. We get very low salary and inadequate benefits despite being forced to work for unreasonably long hours. The managers should open their hearts and empathize with the employees because they act heartless.
