- Brilliant employee benefits if you enjoy golf, free clubs, huge discounts on Callaway products and discounted golf memberships - Relaxed office environment, no micro-management - WFH flexibility - Good people, with a diverse mixture of international and younger and more experienced employees in the office.

Cons

- Very few opportunities for career progression as company structure relies on people leaving/moving on, and many employees have been in roles for very long periods of time. - Company culture is not great and an outdated office segregates teams and discourages cohesion between different parts of the business.
