I never had the people I needed, to get the job done, nor the proper equipment needed..... There’s bad communication, the training sucked, everything I needed to know I had to search for the answers, instead of being properly trained...... After I put in my two weeks notice, the lead that replaced me was properly trained by me, and also given a laptop that I asked for more then once, and never received..... I feel this company can be very bias/prejudice......there’s also other things like the lead in returns received forklift pay but spoke with them never received it, the lead over the forklift operators didn’t even receive it, in my opinion she should have been the first to get it plus back pay......
