Pros

There were always dramatic changes. The constant change always kept things challenging. Despite the difficult situation, there are actually great employees that still work for Callaway. The non-management employees were very dedicated and fun to work with.

Cons

Lack of good/talented management and no organizational development. There was no stability, long term strategy, or consistency in any area. Layoffs, layoffs, layoffs.

Pros

Opportunity for unique experiences. Neat to see things you work with everyday on TV on the weekends and feed off the energy of the pro tour. Great people.

Cons

open door policy that blacklists you when you walk through it. If youre not in the club, youre not going anywhere. You either march to the drum or they march you out. New ideas are encouraged right up to when you offer them. Zero respect for work/life balance.

Pros

People you work with, compensation, great perks (if you enjoy golf)

Cons

Limited advancement opportunities, poor middle management, frustrating lack of communication, not a creative environment, poor decisions continue to hurt this company, poor performance quarter after quarter
