Pros

Highly satisfying work that meets all of my needs. I feel comfortable around my co-workers. Management is understanding and co-operative. Exposure to cutting edge technology. Competitive compensation. Management will acknowledge your hard work. Appreciation is freely given.

Cons

All the cons stem from the fact that Callsign is a young company. I’d like to see better benefits in the future but I’ll settle with what we have now.

Pros

Management goes above and beyond in their duties. The work environment is the healthiest I’ve personally worked in and employees are fully supported. We had everything we needed to do our jobs. It wasn’t the toughest job in the world but it wasn’t the easiest either. Was just happy to have stable work for a while.

I have nothing negative to report.
