Pros

Callsign is a comparatively young company, with an employee base sporting some exceptional talent in AI. The leadership team are working hard to move the company forward and grow it into something amazing and a leader in this very technical field. There have been some problems, which have been mentioned in other reviews, but in engineering particularly, the appointment of a strategically minded, forward thinking CTO has turned many of these issues around. His move to establishing a PMO function has led to a new way of working which has enabled the engineering team to foster a far more cohesive approach allowing the talented individuals within the team to shine and push things forward to the next level. Culturally, the company is a great place to work. It is very much a start up environment but if you're looking for a role in a company that's dynamic, fast moving and fluid then Callsign might well be the place for you

Cons

Callsign has many of the issues you'd find in any start up but a lot of work has been done in moving things forward to enable the company to grow for the future.
