Pros

+ Colleagues are hard-working, friendly and passionate about the product we're working on. As a new starter during Covid 19, I am lucky and grateful to have been so warmly welcomed by the team, both remotely and back in the office + Breadth of knowledge and experience within the team; anyone looking for a role where they can learn a lot will thrive at Callsign + Opportunity to make an impact from day 1; ideas & suggestions are welcomed and considered in decision-making + Callsign understand the importance of learning & development, so they offer opportunities to develop colleague's skills at all levels + Everyone is approachable, even at the top level, so you feel like you are making a difference/having an impact as your contributions are noticeable and listened to

Cons

- As a fast growing start-up, the company are playing catch up a little in terms of policies and practices but the basics are in place and are continually improving

Hi, Thank you for the positive review. Great to see you have had a good welcome into the business during what is a tricky time. We are constantly working on our policies and processes to ensure that we get the right structure in place to deliver what we plan on delivering going forward; so you should continue to see improvements in these as we go. Thanks, David

Engaging Welcome to the business during lockdown

Pros

* Great products and a clear purpose and place in the market with lots of growth opportunity. * Good principles and genuine interest to give back to communities and grow a talent academy. * Welcoming and engaging culture and an assigned buddy to help you settle in. * Level of investment in Wellbeing initiatives has impressed me coming from a much large organisation [personal trainer classes, nutrition guidance, meditation] and Social Events [quiz night, games nights, coffee check ins]. Despite starting during lockdown, and not having met most of my colleagues face to face, people seem to have adapted well, I already feel like I'm part of the team and adding value. Management are clear on communication with the plans around COVID-19 and I'm looking forward to getting in to the amazing office.

Cons

Haven't yet been to the office, but that's unavoidable at the moment!

Hi, Thanks a lot for the positive feedback. It's great to hear that, despite joining during lockdown, you have enjoyed your welcome into the company. We really enjoyed putting together the wellbeing initiatives and social events so it's positive to see that they landed well; alongside some of the meatier pieces around principles and our drive to work on growing junior talent. Our training and progression paths are still very much in their infancy so I look forward to seeing where our team can take these in the coming months and years. I look forward to meeting face-to-face in the office! Thanks, David
