      favoritism of executive leadership to small group of people (very apparent to many levels of organization) - lack of women in key leadership roles contrary to what they say Little to No accountability for poor performers Operations has weak senior leaderhip

      Pros

      Many opportunities to work hard and prove yourself. Laid back environment. Friendly people. Health insurance is fantastic. Casual Fridays. Downtown office location is easy to get to and close to home.

      Cons

      If you are young, you sometimes do not get taken seriously by those with more seniority. Some areas have more opportunities for career advancement than others.

      Good career experience Good benefits and decent compensation.

      Cons

      Training Is poor. Career progression is existent but not well thought out. Promotion compensation is subjective and barely keeps up with inflation Rules don't apply to management and are bypassed to get what management wants. The people making the company run are of course treated to worst. Good ole boy mentality
