      Calpine has the cleanest, newest, largest fleet of next generation power generation facilities in the U.S. Great collegial atmosphere, and generally high integrity workforce.

      Cons

      IPPs run "lean and mean" so sometimes adequate resources are not given to the pedestrian things that can matter such as adequate staffing, execution/project or contract management resources, etc.
