      Pros

      Starting pay is slightly above average if you negotiate right.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment. Senior leadership openly disparages management and employees. Most of the work is done by a handful of good employees while the rest do nothing. Raises are significantly below inflation. Bonuses are subjectively based on arbitrary internal politics. Management actively pushes political perspectives and pressures.

      Good salary Good location Good facilities Great people

      Cons

      Health insurance was a huge mess. Poor welcoming process. Efficiency poor on admin/technical/software processes. Very poor IT performance. It takes too long to get items accomplished. Too many different systems to manage admin items. Departments and individuals not following up on necessary tasks to perform job efficiently.
