No place to eat lunch inside other than desk (there is a kitchen and some chairs and tables outside which is not ideal when its hot, cold or raining) 4. Must be vaccinated, or have religious or medical exemption as of 2021 work here. 5. Must be fully vaccinated to be offered a position here as of 2021. 6. Really bad monitors for most developers. Some get special treatment and get better monitors) 7. Office is a gray and depressing place to work with minimal natural lighting. Most light is of a yellow hue. 8. Moving up the ladder is a decades process given the size and age of the company 9. For San Diego office you must pay to park if you commute or find street parking. BE SURE TO ASK otherwise they won't tell you!
