      Its a place to work.

      Cons

      The small plants are nice but they mainly focus on Houston for most benefits and the benefits you do get are a bare minimum for a billion dollar company

      You gain a lot of experience in the power and gas markets.

      Cons

      No work/life balance. You will not gain the time lost back. CEO was rude. This is the team that will stay late because of others' laziness. Not worth it. Especially when you bring ideas that could alleviate some of that additional pressure... They'll try to sell it to you like you're doing something groundbreaking and important, but you're not. The leadership doesn't want to see you promoted because then they'd have to replace you which is almost impossible to do.
