I am truly enjoying my new position and collogues. They are open to teach, eager to learn, and willing to adopt new processes.
Cons
The role came with limited to none documentation related to responsibilities. All training was reliant on previous BM who had transferred to another plant. Her willingness to help with the transition has been mixed; on one hand, her knowledge of the role and nuances from 21 years experience is invaluable. On the other hand, she has controlled the flow of knowledge and training and might be holding back in some areas that should be handed over.
