Pros
As a new employee, many of the people I've met are very welcoming and helpful. By the nature of my position, I come in contact with quite a few employees scattered over the different operation plants, field crews, and technicians. Due to the inherent hazards faced in this industry, everyone understands and places a true value on safety and is dedicated to performing their job as safely as they can. That type of work culture really makes a difference.
