      Free breakfast PTO buy for an additional week off

      Unable to work remotely. Compensation and promotional opportunities are highly dependent upon likeability not performance.

      Pros

      Job is going well. Started out slow due to the holidays but has picked up. Calpine appears to be a very strong organization and well positioned in the market.

      Cons

      Not sure if they fully understand how retail sales works. They Calpine purchased Champion, an existing company and are trying to change how the market works. Its weird. You wouldn't buy a McDonald s and start selling pizza.
