Pros

Very knowledgeable team that shares that knowledge and provides a career path. The organization culture is good with employee focused activities. The Senior Mgmt. team is focused on both the Company's growth along with the growth of employees. The offices are modern and located at prime areas in both Bengaluru and Coimbatore.

Cons

Nothing of significance, though the processes can be more transparent. Rarely during month-ends, need to stretch a bit to complete the work due to Customer requirements.
