Cons

The CEO, TOM is the rudest person I have met in my carrier in IT Staffing. The people who left before me left so because he was simply rude and seems to have use and throw mentality. Does not know to respect people. Shady and trapping mentality. Something is off about him. Be Careful and do yourself a favor don't join.

CEO is not in India. Very less internal politics.

Cons

From project assignment to role in project, everything keeps changing anytime without any planning. IT company with poor IT security and poor IT protocols. One man wants to run the whole company from other side of world. Everyone is unaware of priorities and client is being fooled.
