My Frustrating Tenure as Calpion Team Lead!

Pros

None! They are not worth the stress.

Cons

I gave Calpion my all for years as a Team Lead. I busted my butt to motivate my team, hit targets, and keep client satisfaction high. But the higher-ups? They wouldn't recognize a good thing if it bit them. Zero recognition for achievements, zero support when things got tough, and all the blame when things went south. It's a thankless job, and frankly, it's not worth the stress.

Pros

Till the time you don't expect anything from Calpion and working as expected (Overtime, 6-7 days a week) you are good for them.

Cons

Overtime (6-7 days a week) 12 hours a day. Dont ask for leave (PL's or CL's) hardly you will get approvals. If you took Sick Leave they will ask for Doctors report or Prescriptions. No Salary as per experience. Always keep you on hopes.
