      Work hour flexibility and ability to gain a lot of experience

      Work processes are poorly managed and resources are poorly managed. Feels like ifs run like a start up

      -Coworkers (not management) -PTO is almost always approved immediately -hourly employees can usually just leave work at work

      Cons

      Culture of “You are replaceable.” -only way to move up is by kissing up, not actually being good at your job -just forget diversity and inclusion, theyre a lawsuit waiting to happen -they’ll pay you as little as they possibly can, and threaten to fire you if you ask for more -it used to be a private company but now it’s owned by a giant corporation. -constantly feels like they’re right about to go out of business
