10 years is fantastic! Thank you for dedicating your time and for the feedback. As we grow, so do our projects and programs. In our culture of "getting it done" we sometimes put our heads down and do just that which can cause silos. Breaking them down is something that leadership at CALSTART is serious about as we continue to grow.

Pros

The mission of the group is to encourage the use of advanced transportation technologies -- from bicycles to long-haul trucks and everything in-between.

Cons

Entrenched senior staff. No opportunity for advancement. A problematic CEO with questionable ethics who doesn't hesitate to take advantage of staff and the law for his own benefit. Will dive into the weeds of staff trying to do their jobs and then take flight but never makes the rain fall for the organization. A VERY niche market presence mostly on taxpayer's dime.
