Pros

Pay is decent for a nonprofit and most staff are a pleasure to work with

Cons

Exec team does little to cultivate a culture of trust and transparency — they prioritize themselves over basic organizational functions (HR, recruitment, development) and it shows. Trickles down throughout the org.
