Cons

Horrible HR, Middle management only cares about financials and not about employees. Little to no opportunities for advancement.

Changes have been made! We have a new VP of HR and a new Total Rewards Project Manager who is a Subject Matter Expert on Benefits and Compensation. We have started rolling out Manager Trainings. The best thing about working at Caltrol was most of the people. There was a lot of backstabbers.

Cons

Bad management and horrible supervisors. The unit I was in was stupidity run by an idiot.
