      Pros

      *Great Salary *Great Benefits *Earn 3 weeks of PTO out of the gate - then 4 after 3 years!! *Plus 3 Floating holidays I can take at any time!! *Process Improvement opportunities! *EMPLOYEE OWNED!!! *I will NEVER miss my child's big game or school play. *I get to own my job! *Every day is a new opportunity to take control of my future!!

      Cons

      I wish my boss knew more of what I do, so if I get into the weeds, help is easier to obtain.

      Pros

      Caltrol is a flat organization so you feel very connected to the company. It's also an employee owned company so people tend to pull their weight. Managers are easily reached and take suggestions into consideration. Great benefits! Teamwork is huge here and people in the office are very helpful and friendly. There are usually several events around the office including potlucks and office holiday themes.

      Pros

      Pay and benefits were OK and this is an employee owned company (ESOP) so with time you could accumulate a good retirement.

      Cons

      Very poor management (closed door). Do not listen to their employees. Make decisions based on bottom line only! Lots of favoritism.

      Thanks for this comment, at the time it was left, Caltrol was in the middle of a leadership transition. We again find ourselves in this situation of a change in leadership, and I am confident we are going to head in the right direction. I completely agree with your advice to leadership! It is GREAT advice!
