Good benefits. Paid holidays. No shift work

Cons

They would rather bring someone new in than promote from within. I was called multiple times on days off and nights to deal with things that had to wait until morning.

Pros

The new CFO started about 6-8 weeks ago, first impressions look like he has a great plan for growing the company! Turning the focus back to customer's as the #1 focus.

Cons

Not much that I can see so far, like every company there are struggles but the struggles seem to be being addressed with multiple teams coming together to solve them.
