Pros

I'm proud to be part of the Caltrol family, especially during the COVID-19 outbreak. Caltrol was able to get the entire organization switched over to remote work in a matter of hours. Leadership took the current situation seriously and worked hard to keep all of our staff safe and healthy. The virtual events have been great to keep us engaged and in contact with others in the office we may not work directly with.

Cons

None that I can think of at the moment.

Pros

Caltrol is a place where everyone helps everyone. I can set my own schedule and do what I need to do to assist my customers.

Cons

There is still a lot of confusion with the changes that are being made by the new CEO. There also seems to be a lack of transparency on some things.
