Pros

Everyone is so helpful and nice. Whenever I have a question or need some guidance I can always count on someone to be there. Tons of activities like blood drives, fill the back packs drive, company picnics, ect. Just a great community feel here.

Mgmt does a good job of communicating but I believe that they should do it more frequently
