      Pros

      Some great people to work with. Depending location nice areas too.

      Cons

      Politics just like the other companies. Some of the stuff that management does is just baffling. Very high turnover rate.

      Thank you for your comments. I agree with you completely that we have wonderful people to work with. I would also encourage you to reach out to your direct supervisor, or perhaps HR to gain some insight to the "baffling" management decisions. Perhaps your opinion and experience can influence some decisions!

      Great employees and work atmosphere. Many hopes to grow as a company and employee owner.

      Cons

      HR department that is ruthless and very hateful. Perhaps too much time and not enough effort put to company growth.

      Pros

      Employed owned plus awesome benefits!! Everyone is very friendly, positive and upbeat! They truly have an open door policy!! Promote from within first an foremost- I have seen several people advance their career since I have been here. We participate in fun team building activities both in and out of the office!!

      Cons

      Lots of snacks and sweet treats in the break room- which are delicious and appreciated but not good for my figure!
