      Cons

      Slow to adapt & change. Career development can be challenging if you are not vocal.

      Great place to work

      Pros

      I have been with Caltrol since July of 2023. I have found a home to stay for the long haul. Working ethic and understanding of employee needs are some of the best things about the company. I really feel a part of the Caltrol family.

      Cons

      The only one I can think of is I have to punch a time clock (on my phone) haven't had to do that for an office job but an old dog can learn new tricks.
