Communities are nice, schools are decent size, support staff is supportive

Cons

Under paid - COLA is high and many support staff barely make poverty. Many work 2 jobs to support their families.

No matter the school I was working at, I was greeted very kindly by staff and loved being able to help support teachers!

Cons

This job is not for the faint of heart. I worked with elementary school students and they exhaust you, but it was worth it for the smiles and hugs!
