Pay is still not great but better than it was a few years ago. Some students can be more challenging, depending on the school.

Calvert serves a smaller population which means smaller class sizes. It is also a very close-knit community which helps with community/parent involvement.

Cons

Because it is a smaller population, there are also fewer teachers hired.
