Pros

-the pay was pretty good all things considered - I worked in many different areas with many different employee types - Cool automated and manufacturing process - Stable work. Automotive seat structures are not going anywhere you will still need a place to sit in cars - A lot of opportunities to make improvements and learn new processes -Plants had good people that wanted to work and cared about you as a Co- worker

Cons

-the corporate office had a large amount of weird politics that caused a lot of confusion. - My manager was a complete turd and I always felt like he was going to sell me down river if it meant any positive things for him self. - he no longer works at this company. - Travel was explained as 40% and ended up 80% to 100% travel and it wasn't going to change - projects were always on the back foot - Money was manipulated in a way that it strained suppliers causing for a shaky relationship between Camaco and the suppliers. - I worked over 60 hours a week because I was traveling and there was nothing to do in the towns that we traveled to - All expenses were questioned. no matter if it was a $10 lunch or a $500 dinner.

Good place to work

Pros

Good pay. EASY WORK, just putting in a couple bolts or screws or attaching a cable or too. All spots on line should take 40 secs or less. 40 hours a week and can get weekends off if the employees show up on time and just do their job.

Cons

Can be long hours and may have to work 7 days a week at times when employees want to come in late and play around instead of just doing their job.
