Decent pay and operator job pretty easy just don't care for layoffs.

Good pay pretty easy work

Cons

Doesn't seem to be a possibility of advance unless you speak Spanish fluently,and no machine runs properly,but still expected to produce quota seems like something shady going on,also with all the favoritism going on there mostly to those that of Spanish speaking decent but if primary language is english you will get yelled at or wrote up for leaving work station even One minute early to walk clear accross the plant to clock out.

This place doesn’t have any pros.

Cons

Management is horrible. Long hrs. Turn around of employment is ridiculous. Short staff. Once again upper management is horrible. No communication with employees.
