      Pros

      Good hours.. upper management is great.

      Cons

      Shift supervisors for day shift have no management skills. One is racist and sexist. Both have poor communication skills with line workers and are rude and disrespectful. They don't talk to you they just yell at you like you're stupid even if it's not your fault. It doesn't help if you go to HR because nothing gets done about their attitudes

      Pros

      Definitely for those looking for diverse day to day activities, and a teamwork focused approach. Opportunistic environment with freedom to develop value-added projects for growing the company and driving upward growth within the organization. The Corporate HR team is extremely supportive and receptive to suggestions for continuously improving the culture and benefits at Camaco-Amvian. They offer great flexibility for work-life balance, and encourage a family-first approach to managing working days through flexible schedules and broad PTO policies.

      Cons

      Family-oriented environment does not mesh well with individuals who are used to working in larger organizations. Although I see it as a strength I find that some individuals struggle with wearing multiple hats and not having specifically defined roles.
