benefits but minimum Pros that can be considered. other than this, gives loan forgiveness for providers who are desperate.
Cons
poor upper level management; it's a medi-cal mill with ulterior motives to expand and be corporate. they don't care about their employees as much as their administrators. providers are treated are 2nd class citizens.
