Pros
Camarena Health is all about employee opportunities. There are endless opportunities given to employees for growth inside the organization. The culture here is always positive, uplifting, up to the leadership team to the clinical staff. Everyone is understanding and is always willing to help one another. Lots of employee events and the leadership team makes sure EVERY employee knows they are valued and appreciated. CEO and Executive Leadership team are all humble and have a passion for what they do and does not go unnoticed, they are the type of leaders every person would want when working for a healthcare organization.
Cons
I personally don't have any cons other than being constantly busy but it makes the days go by faster and creates self-efficiency. To me this is a pro.
