Pros
I absolutely love working for ExploreLearning (Cambium). All of my previous employment history has been working with large companies. Including the #4 and #10 largest banks in the US. The benefits (health, dental, etc) are far superior at Cambium than they were at the other companies I have worked at. All of the leadership in my direct organization are so supportive. All of my colleagues/peers are welcoming and so helpful. I have never been nervous to ask a question. Everyone genuinely wants to see you succeed. I cannot say enough good things about this organization.

I was a little nervous about the salary when the offer was made. I took a leap of faith and I am so glad I did.
