      Uniforms looks great, pay every two weeks. Clean work area and off weekends

      Manager doesn't have a clue about people, or the business!! His way or high way

      Pros

      Coworkers are great. Good about allowing an employee time off and simply making the hours up. Overall the work itself is enjoyable.

      Cons

      Awful benefits, average healthcare no vision no dental. There's an FSA which helps but doesn't make up for it. Always talk about profit sharing but they seem to "forget" about following through. Average to decent starting pay, lack of raises after proving myself as a quality employee. Average employee discount still can't afford the product I myself work with. 401K with 4% match. Terrible vacation time set up. No sick time. Overall for a company that is growing as fast as it is and claims to be the best in the business simply does not reward it's employees as much as it could.

      Pros

      If you want to be able to put your mark on the process and technology that is being developed/implemented and don't want to be a victim of circumstance, then this is the place. I have the freedom to suggest alternative approaches and some are implemented but all are listened to.

      Cons

      Growing fast and space is limited.
